About The Company:
The working venue is in Japan.
Our client is a Japanese Construction Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of Indonesian technicians (craftsmen)
Learn and master job duties with support from Japanese staff
Project management for construction projects (typically a role held by Japanese engineers)
Future development and training of Indonesian engineers
Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Holding Indonesian driving license
Having knowledge or experience in construction industry (Engineering, project manager background is prefer)
Business level Japanese
Working experience minimum 3-5 years
Bachelor degree
