Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with company objectives and market demand
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and positioning opportunities
Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on customer feedback and market insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch
Create and manage product roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior management
Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
Manage product pricing strategies and analyse profitability to optimise market positioning
Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform continuous product improvements and iterations
Identify market opportunities for new products or product extensions within the automotive sector
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably within the automotive industry
Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market from concept to launch
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent understanding of the Indonesian automotive market, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product vision to diverse stakeholders
Experience with market research methodologies and customer insights gathering
Project management expertise with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence without direct authority
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience with product management tools and software is advantageous
Knowledge of automotive regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is preferred
