About the Position:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Professional (fluent in English or Spanish) who is capable of managing all processes in this area in a proactive and personalized manner for each client in their portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and specific training for clients and users;
- Assist clients across various platforms (WhatsApp, customer service software, email, etc.);
- Actively and personally manage your client portfolio, maintaining a proactive approach;
- Develop and implement strategic planning for the routines under your responsibility;
- Prepare periodic reports;
- Implement solutions and improvements;
- Be capable of handling multiple products and projects.
Requirements:
- Be a good team player;
- Be familiar with customer service software (video conferencing, email, etc.);
- Be proactive;
- Have experience in B2B customer service;
- Fluent in English or Spanish;
- Experience working in technology companies.
