### Requirements
* Minimum **D3 (Associate Degree)** from any major.
* **English proficiency: Minimum C1 level** (spoken and written).
* Proven experience in **English sales** (inbound and/or outbound).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Confident handling voice calls with US customers.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
* Able to work on a **permanent night shift** (US working hours).
### Job Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers.
* Conduct outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with customers and identify their needs.
* Recommend products and close sales effectively.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
