Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend On-Call Coordinator to support our clients, their families, and our caregiving team. This role ensures smooth operations during off-hours and plays a key part in maintaining exceptional care.
What You Will Do
Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and Text-Em-All messages. Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients.
