Daily Worker Adventure Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Master of Ceremony (MC) for animal shows, educational programs, special events, and other guest activities.
• Host and facilitate animal presentations, feeding sessions, educational talks, and interactive guest experiences in accordance with company standards.
• Assist Bus Guides by delivering engaging commentary and providing information throughout the safari journey.
• Educate guests about wildlife, conservation, environmental awareness, and the company's conservation initiatives.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create memorable and enjoyable experiences.
• Provide accurate information regarding attractions, facilities, schedules, and park activities.
• Assist in managing guest flow during shows, presentations, and special events to ensure smooth operations and guest safety.
• Coordinate with Animal Care, Show Team, Guest Experience, and other operational departments to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, professionalism, and company image in every guest interaction.
• Support promotional events, seasonal programs, and other operational activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma (Senior High School/Vocational High School) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as an MC, Tour Guide, Presenter, Event Crew, Guest Experience Officer, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Confident speaking in front of large audiences.
• Passionate about wildlife, conservation, education, and the tourism industry.
• Proficient in spoken English
• Friendly, energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
