Job Responsibilities:
Providing services to customer through email, call center or walk-in
Handling customer complaints
Collaborate with Operational team to find solutions
Manage document letters of customers
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree with GPA Minimal 3
Experience minimal 1-2 years as Customer Service in Life Insurance industry or banking
Good Communication Skills (Verbal & non verbal)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Problem Solving oriented
Energic, talkative, proactive and friendly
Able to operate Ms. Excel
Dress neatly
