Position Description:
Lead and manage core finance functions including budgeting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and compliance.
Oversee and actively support HR-related operations such as payroll processing, manpower administration, and coordination with HR teams.
Act as a key liaison for IT matters (systems access, payroll tools, admin systems) and ensure operational continuity.
Supervise order processing, vendor management, invoicing, and administrative controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Review and approve operational outputs while remaining involved in execution when needed.
Job Requirements:
Senior finance capability with a strong hands-on mindset
Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Indonesia with minimum GPA of 3.5
Experience in a Big Four firm is preferred
Fluent in English
Cross-functional exposure (Finance, HR, IT, Operations)
Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused
