Operation Support Specialist (Indonesian, English& Chinese Speaking)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and multilingual Retail Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Indonesia. This role is crucial for supporting the successful launch and operation of our retail stores in the Indonesia market. You will primarily act as a bridge between our Chinese headquarters and local store operations, focusing initially on training support, operational oversight, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :
1?Store SOP Translation & Training
Accurately translate store operation manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and other operational documents from Chinese to Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) (and vice versa as needed).
Ensure translated materials are clear, culturally appropriate, and effectively support store operations.
Assist in conducting and coordinating the store training programs for local Indonesian employees.
2?Store Operations Supervision
Conduct regular store visits to observe operational standards, provide on-ground support and write the store inspection reports.
Assist in monitoring store compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards; check CCTV and 4C Task.
Identify operational gaps or challenges at the store level and report findings.
3?Store Data Analysis
Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing basic store operational data (e.g., sales reports, foot traffic, basic KPI tracking).
Help prepare reports to highlight trends and support operational decision-making.
Assist the Country Manager with other operational duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher.
2.Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with HQ.
3.Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) (verbal and written).
4.Prior experience in the retail industry OR experience in the training/learning & development field is a plus.
5.Strong understanding of retail store operations fundamentals is highly desirable.
6.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
9.Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
