Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing Administration, or related position is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
5. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
6. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information.
7. Willing to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.
8. Able to support Sales & Marketing activities as well as Director’s administrative needs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle administrative support for Sales & Marketing activities.
2. Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, and other related documents.
3. Assist the Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
4. Coordinate communication and correspondence in Mandarin, both verbal and written.
5. Arrange and manage business trip schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for Sales Team and Director.
6. Support communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners, especially Mandarin-speaking parties.
7. Maintain and organize company documents, databases, and filing systems.
8. Monitor and follow up sales documents, contracts, and customer requirements.
9. Assist in translating documents and during meetings when required.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
