Technical Project Manager

Job Summary :

•? ?Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

•? ??Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fuldilled.

•? ??Lead end-to-end execution of New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining engineering projects.

•? ??Manage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables.

•? ??Lead cross-functional teams including Hardware, Firmware & Mechanical Engineering Team.

•? ??Conduct regular project review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

•? ??Provide accurate project status updates, progress reports, and executive presentations.

•? ??Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and manage change requests.

•? ??Coordinate engineering activities from concept, prototype, validation, manufacturing, and product launch.

•? ??Ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.

•? ??Drive continuous improvement in project execution, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.

Qualification Required :

•? ?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

•? ??Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in embedded systems, electronics, IoT, or manufacturing.

•? ??PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

•? ??Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing customer-facing projects.

•? ??Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.

•? ??Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) and product development lifecycle.

•? ??Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

•? ??Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.

•? ??Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, communicate effectively with international customers.

•? ??Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•? ??Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•? ??Willing to travel for customer meetings and project activities when required.
