Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing engaging visuals for product packaging, social media content, online banners, and offline posters. Working closely with our internal team, the Senior Graphic Designer will develop high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines, effectively communicate brand messages, and appeal to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Packaging Design:

• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to conceptualize and design packaging that aligns with the brand’s identity and product specifications.

• Develop packaging mock-ups, dielines, and prepare print-ready files, ensuring compliance with production standards.

Social Media Content Graphics:

• Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including static posts, carousel designs, infographics, and other digital assets.

• Develop content that is optimized for engagement across social channels and stays on trend with design aesthetics relevant to the brand.

Banners and Digital Ads:

• Design online banners, display ads, and other digital assets that support our marketing campaigns.

• Ensure the banners are visually aligned with the campaign goals, clear, and impactful across different device formats.

Brand Alignment:

• Ensure that all creative work is consistent with our brand identity, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all channels.

• Stay updated with current design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and fresh.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging, digital content, and print materials.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, digital content creation, and print materials.

• Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt to different brand styles.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
