Collection Data Operation Analyst

Job Description

• Manage daily collection operational systems, including collection systems, dialers, CRM, and related tools.

• Perform account/portfolio allocation and distribution to collection agents or vendors.

• Set up and maintain system parameters, user access, queues, and collection campaigns.

• Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data for collection operations and ad-hoc requests.

• Conduct data reconciliation across collection, loan management, and payment systems.

• Monitor system operations and coordinate with IT/Engineering to resolve issues.

• Support data requests from Collection, Management, Compliance, Analytics, and other teams.

• Maintain SOPs and documentation for collection data and system operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; preferably Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• 1–3 years of experience in Collection Operations, Credit Operations, or Data Operations, preferably in fintech, multifinance, or banking.

• Fresh graduates with strong data skills are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and processing.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, and complex formulas).

• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with collection systems, dialers, or P2P lending collection processes.

• Knowledge of Python/scripting for data automation.

• Understanding of OJK regulations related to collection and consumer protection.
