to free up time for our clients which they in turn can utilize to their highest value.

Our roots have always been in digital creative and we have been remote servicing clients in

Europe while being based in Cape Town for over two decades. Since our pivot just two years

ago to becoming a B2B SAAS company offering creative performance at scale we have

rapidly grown our portfolio of international enterprise clients. Today we are the largest performance production specialist with its own SAAS model in Switzerland.

We are funded by customers with an ARR revenue model, not by investors. This allows us to

make sustainable decisions for our business and provide actual value to our customers. If it’s

not helping our customers or a decision does not align with our values we do not do it. It’s as

simple as that.

The role

As a critical member of the team providing strong attention to detail and a real passion for delivery, a Media Producer at the factory works on large and immersive display campaigns for the European market.

Responsibilities

1. Create Storyboards, Videos, HTML banners, Statics,
2. Implement & build new production processes to optimize production efficiency
3. Improve the UX & UI of the factory´s internal software
4. Identify problems, evaluate options and recommend solutions.
5. Train and onboard new media producers.

Requirements

1. 2-5+ years of hands-on digital production experience.
2. Strong desire to produce smart innovative assets.
3. Profound knowledge of Adobe creative suite, video creation & editing, typography & layout, HTML5 coding
4. Technical, logical thought process.
5. Problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
7. An ability to prioritize and delegate.
8. Passion for new technologies.
9. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Be solutions-oriented, deadline-oriented and an excellent communicator.
11. Anticipate obstacles and overcome them with the team in a proactive manner.
