- Manage all production, engineering, quality, PPIC, maintenance and warehouse and to orchestra all department to achieve business result
- Manage KPI such as production cost, quality level, waste reduction, inventory management, material cost
- Motivate all team in the shop floor
- Implement system through Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma
