Commercial Executive

- ## Core Focus

Building Aspire's brand visibility and business community through content, events, relationship-building, and qualified lead generation. This role focuses on creating meaningful business connections rather than hard selling.

## Responsibilities

* Plan and execute social media campaigns, digital content, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

* Create marketing materials including posters, videos, reels, and event content using AI and digital tools.

* Organize and coordinate business events, seminars, networking sessions, and community activities.

* Liaise with venues, speakers, partners, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

* Host or moderate events professionally and create a welcoming experience for attendees.

* Build genuine relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, founders, and business professionals attending Aspire events.

* Identify potential business opportunities through natural conversations and qualify prospects based on their business interests.

* Invite qualified prospects to Aspire's office for a business consultation with our Client Advisory team.

* Record and maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.

* Monitor campaign and event performance and prepare simple commercial reports.

* Continuously explore AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity, marketing execution, and lead generation.

## Skillset

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international clients and business partners.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in networking and engaging with new people.

* Comfortable speaking in front of an audience and moderating business events.

* Outgoing, proactive, and confident in initiating conversations and building professional relationships.

* Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, branding, and business networking.

* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms is highly preferred.

* Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn about international business and consulting services.

* Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of building long-term relationships.

## 12-Month Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Build and grow Aspire's brand awareness through consistent marketing initiatives.

* Successfully organize and support business events and networking activities.

* Generate and qualify high-quality business leads through campaigns, events, and relationship-building.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and timely commercial reporting.

* Contribute to a healthy and measurable commercial pipeline.

* Collaborate effectively with the Client Advisory team to convert qualified opportunities into client consultations.

## Employment Package

- Initial employment will commence with a 3-month probation period.

- During probation, the monthly salary is IDR 3,000,000.

- Upon successful completion of probation, your compensation package will be reviewed based on your performance, demonstrated capabilities, role progression, and the Company's compensation framework.

- You may become eligible for additional allowances and discretionary performance-based incentives, subject to Company policy and individual performance.

- Outstanding performance during the probation period may lead to an earlier compensation review at Management's discretion.

* Employees who successfully achieve the agreed performance targets by the second month of probation will become eligible for the Company's performance-based commission scheme from the following applicable commission cycle.
