You will join a successful trading desk, working 'side by side' with a talented and experienced team that trades a variety of asset classes and a wide range of trading styles to capitalize on the market.

This role is for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, a competitive attitude, a proven record of profitability for at least two years, and a desire for continuous improvement.

This position is remotely based.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute your proprietary trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Manage your own trading book with access to multiple exchanges and asset classes
• Conduct data analysis to improve both your performance and that of the team
• Share market insights and developments across the global trading team
• Research, develop, and implement new alpha-generating strategies

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years
• Proficiency in numerical and statistical analysis concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn, understand, and apply new concepts quickly
• Proven self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Candidates with a background at a well-known proprietary trading firm will be given priority
