We are seeking an experienced RCC Dam Engineer to join the design team of our hydropower plant project. The role includes the design and review of Roller-Compacted Concrete dam structures for upper and lower dams, coordination with internal disciplines, and support to the construction team throughout the design and implementation phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dam construction.
Previous experience on the consultant side in hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects is required.
Strong understanding of RCC materials, placement techniques, equipment, and quality control requirements.
Familiar with international standards and specifications related to RCC dams (e.g., USBR, ICOLD, ASTM).
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction documentation tools.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Good communication and technical writing & reporting skills.
Willing to be assigned to remote project site.
