Job Title Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS, AI) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS company building AI-powered products. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable growth programs across acquisition, activation, and conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and understands how to market technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions to modern SaaS buyers. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute growth marketing strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline targets - Own full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion flows - Optimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworks - Partner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectively - Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates - Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact Required Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment - Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging - Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
