AD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARYThe Ad Operations Specialist executes trafficking, tagging, QA, and technical setup for paid media campaigns across display, video, social, and programmatic channels. This role ensures all campaigns are properly configured, accurately tracked, and delivered according to requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Traffic campaigns across channels and platforms with accuracy and adherence to standards
• Implement tags, pixels, tracking parameters, and platform settings
• Conduct QA to validate specs, delivery readiness, and data capture accuracy
• Support troubleshooting of setup, delivery, or platform issues
• Maintain trafficking sheets, logs, documentation, and platform organization
• Partner with Media a, ANalytics and cross-function teams to achieve shared campaign goals, ensure tracking alignment and reporting accuracy
• Maintain workflow discipline and consistent documentation practices

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2+ years in Ad Ops, trafficking, or digital media operations
• Working knowledge of ad servers, tag managers, and QA workflows (preferrably experience with Google Campaign Manager 360)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy

COMPENSATION:$53,000 - $60,000 annual salary
