Job Title: Marathi Audio transcription Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe and annotate Marathi audio recordings with high accuracy and consistency.
Review, proofread, and correct transcriptions to ensure clarity and precision.
Record new audio samples in native-level Marathi to enhance AI training data.
Collaborate with the customer's team and follow established workflows for speech data processing.
Apply domain-specific vocabulary and context to transcriptions as needed.
Utilize AI transcription tools and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and information security throughout all processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Native-level proficiency in Marathi, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and/or recording in a professional or creative context.
Strong familiarity with AI transcription tools and speech data processing.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to proofread, edit, and deliver consistently accurate transcripts.
Capacity for effective multilingual communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
Commitment to maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background as an audio engineer, sound engineer, voice actor, or podcaster.
Familiarity with domain-specific vocabulary relevant to varied industries.
Prior experience working on AI training datasets or similar projects.
