Sales Ecommerce Admin (English Speaker)
Location: Remote

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 (Based on Experience
Before You Apply
We are seeking an experienced Sales Ecommerce Admin to drive sales growth and manage Shopee & Lazada stores end-to-end. This is a senior-level role for someone with strong expertise in marketplace strategy, advertising, campaigns, customer conversion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and grow Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace channels.
-Drive sales through Marketplace Ads, campaigns, vouchers, promotions, and growth strategies.
-Optimize product listings, pricing, images, inventory, and overall store performance.
-Monitor GMV, ROAS, traffic, conversion rates, and other sales KPIs.
-Plan and execute major campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Payday, and festive promotions).
-Analyze sales performance and identify new growth opportunities.
-Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions professionally.
-Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee & Lazada stores.
-Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients.
-Proven track record of growing marketplace sales and achieving revenue targets.
-Strong knowledge of Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre, Ads, Campaigns, Promotions, and Vouchers.
-Experience in customer communication, follow-ups, and sales closing.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-Target-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
-Dedicated home office with a stable internet connection.
-Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, sales analytics, and competitor research.
