SALES ENGINEER (FULL TIME POSITION)

Job Descriptions:

• Understand customer's requirements related to solar photovoltaics.

• Create and maintain a good relationship with potential and existing customers or partner.

• Conduct site observation.

• Prepare preliminary and final design of solar photovoltaics.

• Prepare calculations of Bill of Material (BoM).

• Prepare solar photovoltaics technical and commercial proposal.

• Present and sell to the prospective customers.

• Coordinate and negotiate with internal parties (project and finance departments) and external parties (prospective customers and partners).

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the Solar PV industry.

• Passionate about the renewable energy industry.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high level of confidence.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Proficiency in HelioScope, PVsyst, or HOMER is an advantage.

• Experience with microgrid projects or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, highly accurate with data, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to travel for business trips across Indonesia.
