Branch Manager - Jakarta

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches in Jakarta. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.

• Ensure and maintain high-quality products at all stores.

• Manage daily operations, including sales, production, and distribution management.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and development.

• Build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at the managerial level in Food and Beverage / Logistics / Distribution Industry.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a successful team.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent marketing and business development skills and experience.

• Familiarity with balance scorecard and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.

• Preferably having experience in the food industry.
