Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in TikTok influencer collaboration and/or affiliate marketing. Experience in the home & living category is an advantage.
Prior experience working with an MCN agency or having an established influencer network is preferred.
Strong familiarity with TikTok Affiliate Centers, Creator Marketplaces, and other influencer collaboration platforms.
Proficiency in English as a working language.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source high-quality influencers through TikTok, data analytics tools, and other relevant channels to expand the influencer network.
Independently manage the end-to-end influencer collaboration process, including outreach, communication, and campaign planning (TikTok & Shopee), while establishing efficient workflows.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to drive engagement and repeat collaborations.
Support influencers in understanding products, contribute to script development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality affiliate content.
