1. Daily Charter Operations

• Manage daily yacht/boat charter schedules and operational flow

• Ensure all charters depart and return on schedule

• Coordinate captains, crew, drivers, catering, photographers, and vendors

• Monitor weather conditions and operational safety readiness

• Ensure all operational checklists are completed before departure

2. Guest Experience Management

• Oversee guest journey from booking confirmation until post-charter follow-up

• Ensure luxury hospitality standards are maintained consistently

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally

• Ensure yachts are presented according to brand standards

3. Crew & Vendor Coordination

• Manage communication and scheduling with captains and crew

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and operational partners

• Ensure vendors deliver services on time and according to standards

• Monitor crew discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards

4. Maintenance & Yacht Readiness

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repair schedules

• Ensure fuel, amenities, inventory, and equipment readiness

• Monitor yacht cleanliness and presentation before every charter

• Report technical or operational issues immediately

5. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain operational records and charter documentation

• Track operational expenses and report budget usage

• Prepare weekly operational reports

• Maintain SOP implementation and operational efficiency

6. Business Support & Optimization

• Improve operational systems and workflows

• Assist management in scaling operations efficiently

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

• Support sales/marketing team with operational feasibility and scheduling

7. Guest Service & Steward Duties

• Provide onboard steward service for guests when required

• Prepare and present welcome drinks, refreshments, and catering service according

to company standards

• Ensure guest areas are clean, organized, and impeccably presented before and during charters

• Assist with table setup, food and beverage service, and guest comfort throughout the voyage

• Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, professional service

• Maintain inventory of guest amenities, beverages, towels, and hospitality supplies

• Assist with special occasions, celebrations, and VIP requests onboard

• Support the crew in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience
