About the Role

We are looking for finance professionals to join our team, covering both consolidated financial closing and budget functions. As PIKK under POJK No. 30/2024, our role includes consolidating our subsidiaries' financial statements into the group's reporting, and coordinating capital planning and financial strategy across the group. This work carries real regulatory weight, not just an internal accounting exercise. As a newly established holding company, you will help build these functions from their early stages, working closely with the wider team to ensure our financial processes are accurate, well documented, and delivered on time.


Job Responsibilities

• Determine consolidation scope across the holding company and its subsidiaries

• Perform elimination of investment and equity in consolidation

• Identify and ensure proper treatment of unrealized gains and losses

• Perform routine consolidation adjustments on a periodic basis

• Operate and maintain data within the accounting system to support consolidation

• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with PSAK and applicable OJK reporting requirements

• Assist in coordinating data submission from subsidiary finance teams

• Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget across the holding company

• Assist in cash flow planning and day to day operations

• Monitor banking facilities and relationships, including funding and liquidity management

• Support the preparation of budget reports for management

• Assist in developing budget policies and procedures as the function is established

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience working in a financial institution (banking, multifinance, insurance, or related sectors) is highly valued

• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK)

• Prior experience in finance or public accounting preferred

• Working knowledge of consolidation processes (scope determination, elimination of investment and equity, treatment of unrealized gains and losses, or routine adjustments and accounting systems)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes are still being established
