Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all General Affairs functions to support the establishment and smooth operation of a new manufacturing facility.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and daily operations of office and factory facilities, including utilities, building management, and workplace readiness.
Handle company licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance in coordination with local authorities.
Manage expatriate administration, including work permits, visas, and KITAS processing, renewals, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
Develop and implement GA policies, procedures, and administrative systems from the ground up.
Manage company assets, including vehicles, office equipment, and non-production procurement.
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors (e.g., cleaning, catering, transportation), including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Ensure workplace and general support services in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and control GA budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and proper resource allocation.
Coordinate internal services such as transportation, accommodation (if required), and employee support facilities.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English (able to use it as a working language); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
Willing to be based in an industrial area in Karawang Barat.
