Assistant Teacher

The role

Lollypop Preschool in Makassar, South Sulawesi is looking for an experienced part-time Assistant Teacher to join their dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will support the Lead Teacher in delivering a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for our young students.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

• Providing individual support and attention to students to help them reach their full potential

• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised classroom environment

• Building positive relationships with students, parents and the wider school community

What we're looking for

• Relevant teaching qualification or experience in early childhood education

• Demonstrated experience working with young children in an educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Passion for nurturing the development and well-being of young children

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
