Translator

PT Anhui Electric Power Construction Indonesia is seeking a professional and highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Mandarin–English–Indonesian Translator.

Responsibilities:

• Translate company documents, contracts, correspondence, reports, and project-related materials between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

• Provide interpretation during meetings, negotiations, site visits, and daily business activities.

• Facilitate effective communication between Chinese and Indonesian employees and business partners.

• Accompany management or project teams during internal and external activities when required.

• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and appropriate for technical and business contexts.

• Support administrative and project coordination activities as required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information and documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mandarin, English, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

• At least one year of experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with construction, electrical engineering, power generation, or EPC terminology is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites when required.
