About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities / ????:

• Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
  ???????????????????????????
• Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
  ???????????????????????
• Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.

• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.

Requirements / ????:

• Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas.

• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.

• Strong aesthetic sense, with a good understanding of brand identity, market trends, and user preferences.

• Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, corporate gifts, or branded merchandise is preferred.
