- Complete the required one-month training program and product orientation.
- Relocate and travel to assigned provincial areas as needed.
- Assist distributors in identifying and acquiring potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, wholesalers, dealers, and other prospective customers.
- Present company products and promotions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and market concerns.
