SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or Communications related course.
• At least 1+ year of experience managing brand identities on social media.
• Ability to handle calls with Clients/Authors professionally
• Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing.
• Strong visual intelligence and design experience.
• Professional and personal experience working with all major social platforms.
• Strong knowledge and application of organic social strategy including content strategy, analytics and reporting, and channel optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or manage strategic calls.
• Create Social Media Calendar for all assigned clients/authors
• Schedule Social Media Postings
• Setup Google and YouTube Ads
• Create and Design Newsletters and Social Media contents
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Key Accountabilities:

• Developing and executing social media strategies, creating and sharing engaging content, optimizing website pages, and analyzing social data.
