About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team at PT Kahar Duta Sarana, a fast-growing company in Jakarta Raya. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's people strategy and shaping the employee experience. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and talent development.
Design organizational structure, drive culture transformation, and manage succession planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Omnibus Law, and internal HR policies.
Handle industrial relations and legal employment matters.
Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21).
Manage General Affairs functions including facilities, security, and vendor coordination.
Support ISO certification and audits, maintaining HR documentation and legal compliance.
What we're looking for
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an HRD Manager
Comprehensive knowledge of HR aspects, including Organization Development, Legal, and General Affairs.
Strong understanding of labor regulations, ISO standards, and organizational development principles.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, results-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
