Requirements as below:

• Minimal Bachelor Mechanical Engineer or related subject

• Speak fluently in English is a MUST

• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems or willingness to learn technical details.

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration equipment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (preferred).

• Willing to undertake long-term business trips when required.

• Can work under pressure, goal oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote refrigeration machines

• Identify and engage with potential customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Maintain relationship with existing customers and provide after-sales support.

• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
