• ​Scope & Impact Management: Define development scopes and conduct impact analysis to assess how new features or changes affect the existing system.
• ​Quality Assurance: Design comprehensive test scenarios and execute functional testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• ​Technical Troubleshooting: Perform hands-on analysis of technical issues, providing solutions or escalating to management as necessary.
