We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our founder to bring ideas to life across content, social media, paid advertising and business operations.

About the Role

Working closely with the founder, you'll take strategic ideas and turn them into action.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and scheduling content across Facebook and Instagram

• Designing graphics and editing short-form videos in Canva

• Writing engaging social captions and supporting community management

• Coordinating advertising campaigns and reporting

• Assisting with product launches, photoshoots and content creation

• Maintaining digital assets and marketing systems

• Supporting customer enquiries via email and social media

• Assisting with general administration and occasional operational tasks

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of a growing business.

About You

You might be an early-career marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience looking to accelerate your career.

Or you may be returning to the workforce with valuable skills and looking for a supportive and flexible environment.

Either way, you'll thrive in this role if you are:

• Highly organised and love bringing structure to busy environments

• Have experience in a similar role in ecommerce businesses

• Confident using Canva and social media platforms

• Familiar with Meta & Google Ads Managers and digital marketing fundamentals

• A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable learning new systems and technology

• Proactive, adaptable and happy to support different areas of the business

• Passionate about meaningful work

Location & Benefits

• Western Southport, Gold Coast (Plenty of parking)

• Salary from $65,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience

• Flexible working arrangements available by agreement
