Technical Communications & Operations Officer (50-55K)

We’re looking for a focused, collaborative, execution-oriented?Technical Communications & Operations Officer for the management team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic communication. You will handle everything from product messaging and knowledge base documentation to aligning cross-functional teams.

We will provide dedicated, structured training for this position to equip you with deep product knowledge and the modern tools needed for success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Coordination: Partner closely with top management to distill complex ideas into clear proposals, business updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Documentation & Messaging: Write and maintain clear customer support documentation, knowledge base articles, website content, and product release notes.
• Product & Marketing Alignment: Help plan product launches, own brand messaging, and collaborate with leadership on product roadmaps and features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align development, QA, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
• Client & Operations Support: Support enterprise client onboarding, handle data privacy inquiries (GDPR compliance), and monitor basic website performance or SEO updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly Adaptive & Critical Thinker: You are a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments, effortlessly pivots when priorities shift, and uses strong analytical capabilities to question assumptions and identify hidden risks. 
• Experience:?3 to 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing, project coordination, corporate communications, or executive support roles. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: A natural knack for organizing information and a track record of breaking down big, complex business tasks into organized, manageable steps. 
• AI & Tech Savvy: Comfort using AI productivity tools to speed up your workflow, combined with a solid understanding of software development, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or Magento). 
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to leadership and coordinate across teams.
• Execution & Discretion: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage moving parts independently, and total discretion with confidential data.

1902 Software is located in Filinvest, Alabang. We welcome applicants from Southern Metro Manila: Taguig, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, as well as from Cavite, and Laguna.
