Our Group Company is seeking Finance Accounting Tax & HRD Manager for our LEAF SPRING DISTRIBUTION DIVISION, PT. ASIA AUTO SPRING, which supplies Our home Brand INDOPEGAS (produced by our company PT. MMP) to RETAIL MARKET (shops).
Tasks and responsibilities of FAT & HR Manager in our company include:
1. Manage & Calculate, file, and report Taxes: pph23, 21, pph 4 ayat 2, pph 25, PPN.
2. Journal Entries of sales revenues and expenses
3. Audit Inventories on 2 weekly basis on the field and calculate COGS
4. financial reporting to shareholders: income statement, balance sheet, cashflow report
5. calculate and control Account Receivables and Account Payables
6. control fixed asset including their depreciation/ amortization
7. Control Legal matters including Company Legal Documents & Company Permits
8. Manage, Control, and responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including Screening & Recruitment, Reprimand, & Dismissal of Staffs and/or Workers.
9. Manage, Control, and Responsible for all aspects relating to Company Taxes
REPORTING:
this position will be directly reporting to Directors and/or Shareholders of PT. Asia Auto Spring
You will be supported by 3 staffs (AR AP Cashier staffs, HR & legal staffs, & Accounting Staff) as your subordinates
QUALIFICATIONS:
minimum diploma or bachelor degree
minimum 4 year experience as Finance Accounting Manager
strong in interpersonal and leadership skill
BREVET DIPLOMA IS REQUIRED
