Description
- Oversee and manage the maintenance department activities and personnel.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting operations.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools needed for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in maintenance management or similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various environments and flexible hours
