Care Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support before, during, and after their healthcare journey.
- Manage appointments, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Guide clients through healthcare programs, explain processes, and coordinate care with the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely documentation using company systems.
- Monitor client progress, address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote relevant healthcare and wellness services based on client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Prepare reports, support departmental initiatives, and participate in training and continuous improvement programs.
- Comply with company policies, quality standards, data privacy regulations, and professional ethics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
For Licensed Allied Health Professionals (Preferred/Applicable):
- Provide professional clinical support, health education, counseling, or other services within the scope of your professional license and qualifications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using digital healthcare systems.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or patient coordination is an advantage.
