Recruitment Senior Staff

Job Description:

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies

2. Sourcing high-quality candidates through job postings, networking, social media, and other recruitment channels

3. Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for our organisation

4. Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers

5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring need

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree from Psychology is a must

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role

3. Freshgraduates are welcome to apply

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

5. Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies

6. A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify candidates who are the right fit for our organisation
