Development Manager – Personal Care & Cosmetics

Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships within the Personal Care & Cosmetics market.
- Build strong partnerships with customers, principals, and internal stakeholders to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging cosmetic ingredients to drive business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver innovative and value-added solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetics industry, either in B2B (Raw Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Distributor) or B2C (Brand Owner, OEM/ODM, Manufacturer).
- Strong passion for the Personal Care & Cosmetics industry with knowledge of beauty trends, cosmetic ingredients, and market developments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to communicate professionally in English or Mandarin.
