We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building facilities, equipment, and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, facilities, and utilities
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair works
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of work areas
- Use tools and equipment safely and properly
- Report maintenance issues and recommend solutions
- Assist with other facility-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- With experience in maintenance, repair, or related work
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools
