JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma, Vocational or College level/grad

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist in performing specific task/job order assigned to both in-house and field work pertaining to overhaulin, installation, pre-delivery / post-delivery inspection.
• Conducts product field demonstrations, seminar & training for proper operation and maintenance of Kubota products
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment’s inventory.
• Performs and Implements 5S on a daily basis
• Follow company and other governmental safety policies and guidelines
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company (Global Quest).
• Accurately record and process Delivery Instructions (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedules (PMS), and Warranty Claim Reports (WCR) submitted by dealers through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Ensure all service-related data in the DMS are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Process dealer incentive claims for DI, PMS, and warranty labor on a monthly basis.
• Collect and encode Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports into the database.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) Surveys with customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
