1. Full Stack Developer

What you will do:

• Design and develop backend systems, APIs, and databases for web and IoT applications in mobility solutions (e.g., carbon neutrality, healthcare, transportation).

• Join Toyota’s unique Kaizen-driven digital transformation to build practical solutions, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career—while creating innovations that can expand across ASEAN factories

• Optimize database design and system performance

• Develop Backend across software development lifecycle (SLDC) and deploy solutions to customer

• Support development of web dashboards and user interfaces (frontend) together with the team

• Perform testing, debugging, and improving system performance.

• Introduce new technologies, tools and standards to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in backend programming (Node.js, Python, JAVA)

• Experience in REST API design, database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Experience industrial protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC-UA)

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn frontend development (e.g., React, Angular)

• System architecture design experience is advantage

• Computer Vision/Image processing is advantage

• Data Analytics or AI/ML integration is advantage

• At least 3 years of experience in backend or software development

2. Junior Full Stack Developer

What you will do:

• Design and Develop backend systems, APIs and databases for web, IoT applications and smart factory solutions.

• Support development of web dashboards and user interfaces (frontend) together with the team.

• Work with Product Owners and senior developers to turn business needs into technical features.

• Perform testing, debugging, and improving system performance.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in backend programming (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue)

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

• Familiarity with Git and basic cloud or Docker knowledge is a plus

• Able to support customers on-site when required

• 0–3 years of experience in software development or relevant internship/project experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Minimum GPA of 2.50

• TOEIC score of at least 600
