What You'll be doing:
Be proactive and a member of the accounting team, ensuring that daily accounting operations are executed efficiently and accurately.
Manage the day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform month-end closing activities and prepare accurate and timely financial statements, monthly reports with variance analysis and commentary.
Collaborate with management to develop and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Assist in corporate secretarial tasks, including maintaining statutory records, filing annual reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and coordinate financial audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
Who we are looking for:
Diploma holder or above in Accountancy or related disciplines.
Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent qualification) is preferable but not a must.
Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience, with strong knowledge in accounting procedures, audit, taxation, and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Immediate availability is preferred.
