Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, good looking, familiar with fashion styling and mix&match
- Confident on camera, comfortable answering viewer questions, and skilled at converting viewers into buyers
- Familiarity with e-commerce features (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) and basic knowledge of social media trends.
- Able to quickly master company product knowledge and effectively demonstrate items on camera.
- Willing to work flexible, sometimes irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or event-based shifts.
- Ready to meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and viewer engagement targets.
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with operational, marketing, customer service, and creative teams.
