The Role…
We are seeking excellent and outgoing Freelance Graphic Designer to support the Hong Kong team! The role is expected to:
Design and update menu layouts and print-ready menu assets aligned with Company Standard
Create posters and promotional collaterals for campaigns and events aligned with Company Standard
Produce in-house design materials (signage/branding graphics as needed)
Adapt designs into different formats and sizes (print + digital, if required)
Maintain consistent brand look and feel based on company guidelines
Ensure files are export-ready with correct specifications (e.g., size, resolution, bleed if applicable)
Collaborate with internal teams and handle feedback through revision rounds
At least 16 hours (or equivalent to 2-manday) per week on supporting the job tasks
What we look for…
Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (please include relevant samples
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign) or equivalent
Excellent typography, layout, and attention to detail
Ability to work with brand guidelines and take direction
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
Experience designing menus, food & beverage branding, or restaurant materials would be preferred
Good in Chinese and English
