Tunas Group is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all company facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of building infrastructure, utilities, and facility services while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and government regulations. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in managing facility operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of company buildings, utilities, and supporting facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility equipment.
- Oversee utility systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, air compressors, generators, boilers, water supply, wastewater treatment (WWTP), plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure all facilities comply with Indonesian regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
- Prepare annual maintenance plans, CAPEX, OPEX, and facility budgets.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Lead and supervise the Facility & Maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure all facility assets are properly maintained.
- Develop emergency response plans and business continuity procedures related to facility operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, HRGA, Procurement, and HSE departments to support business operations.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPI reports, and facility performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance Management, or Building Management.
- Minimum **2 years** in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, logistics, or large commercial facilities.

- Familiar with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset management.
- Strong understanding of HSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Willing to be placed in Batam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing facilities for manufacturing companies with more than 300 employees.
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability programs.
- Experience handling CAPEX/OPEX planning and cost optimization.
- Familiar with government regulations related to industrial buildings and utilities.
